When will I get my order?

We're really excited about your order! Generally it takes 1 to 7 days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. (This varies depending on the product ordered.  Custom printing takes longer. ) We work hard to find suppliers who deliver fast, so if there's an issue please let us know.  Once your order is dispatched (printed), delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Of course, your country matters. Holidays are a blast, but definitely stress the system. Despite our best intentions, they can impact delivery times.

Please read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return. Our support team is actually us, so if there's any issue drop us a line!/p>

We provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.

Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address. (Since we work with multiple suppliers, please contact us for the right address.

You have 14 days from the date your receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.

Any returns not made within this window have additional problems. Contact us, and we'll see what we can do....

We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.

Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.

If the item needs to be shipped back, we do not provide a return label or pay for return shipping. (This often isn't necessary, so please contact us!)

Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If there's a problem with a product's quality, please contact us.

Items sent to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded, or we can send it back to you at your expense.

All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for refund.

Gift cards and store credit issued by Choose Victor cannot refunded.

All shipping charges, governmental taxes, and/or custom duties are non-refundable. 

Cancellations for custom products are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If something happens, contact us asap. We work with our customers as much as possible.

The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise. (Our lawyers, made us put this in...)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is dependent upon the offer you purchased. We offer FREE and minimal fees depending on your order. International shipping is based upon your total order. Note: Duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?

Yes, we sure do. However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping costs. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

How can I see where my order is at the moment?

Choose Victor provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page Choose Victor Track My Order Page and click on Track button. You'll immediately see where your package is, and which stages your delivery has already gone through.
